Restores liver cells
I have changed my habits and now use honey grass stevia, which I really like. At first, the taste resembles synthetic sweeteners, offering a somewhat "empty" sweetness. However, it’s worth adjusting to stevia for its 0 calories. Unlike synthetic substitutes, stevia is safe and beneficial. In Japan, it’s popular, enhancing immunity, rejuvenating, and improving digestive and gland functions. Importantly, stevia restores liver cells. This liquid form can be conveniently added to both hot and cold drinks, curds, and yoghurts, with just 3-5 drops per cup. For diabetics, glycerol-free options are recommended.

No liver reaction
I have previously left feedback on smaller bottles of this stevia. I have learned to dose it correctly, and now it is the only sweetener I use that I do not react to, either with my liver or pancreas. This is the best stevia among those I have tried. Knowing how to dose and combine it with other flavours allows me to create delicious dishes, such as my favourite evening dessert of kefir, fruit smoothies, and a few drops of stevia.

Helps liver recovery
After trying many varieties of stevia, I particularly like one with glycerin. It requires some adjustment as the flavour is akin to synthetic sweeteners and may initially taste "empty." However, its 0 calories make it worth the shift. While synthetic sweeteners are banned in Japan, stevia’s popularity is on the rise there, given its health benefits. It enhances immunity, rejuvenates, and supports various body functions, whilst also restoring liver cells. This liquid stevia is practical for adding to drinks and foods, requiring just 3-5 drops per serving.

Beneficial honey grass
I absolutely believe in the benefits of honey grass stevia, which I've used in both powder and liquid forms. The glycerin stevia is particularly enjoyable. It is a safe alternative to synthetic sweeteners and beneficial for health. This honey grass boosts immunity, rejuvenates, and enhances the workings of the digestive system and glands. Notably, it restores liver cells. The dispenser is user-friendly, and the liquid can be added to drinks and foods with just 3-5 drops per cup, making it a very economical option.
